Marcus's Littel Football team are in the playoffs!! We played the Wildcard game this past weekend and Won.. Here are some pics. Tell me how you like them !

Football here we Go !

Well, Marcus wanted to play football this year. This is our first year playing. We have played t-ball and we have done Karate. But now this time, he was asking to play football.. Let me tell you something.. This is his Calling..

We have evaluation week last week.. and he LOVED IT.. He came up to me after the first Block and Said " Why haven't I been playing all along? I love this!" he said this all with a twinkle in his eye that I have never seen !! Here is a video of his second block every...

Then This video was another day when they were trying to tech him to block and then run after the Q-Back.. (Marcus is in the White pants and Orange shirt)

The on Sat we found out that he is on the IRISH!!! that is the team that he wanted to be on.. So he is super excited. We begin our Team practice today.. So for the next few month it will be all about marcus and football..

Caleb on the other hand, does not like to go up there.. Becuase he wants to get out there and run with brother.. How can you make a 2 almost 3 yr old sit still for 1-2 hours.. I wish I knew the trick.. becuase I hate running after him..

New Glasses for Marcus

Well.. Last week we took Marcus to the eye dr. WE wanted to see if we could figure out why he is having such a hard time reading. We had to do summer school this summer just for reading. he is going to the 2nd grade he will just be a little behind on reading. Well a friend works for an eye dr in Saginaw, and suggested that i get his eyes tested.. Well the little man was needing glass for reading. She said this vision seeing far away is better than 20/20. But the she got him to read something and he got really frustrated. The she put a lens on him.. i can just hear him.. " He was like Wow... I can see the letters..."!!!! And for the past week all he has talked about is getting his new glasses.. So here you go.. here is a pic of Marcus with his new READING glass..

Last night by Best friend form Marshall high school came over.. She lives in Houston now, so we don't get to see each other that often.. i was great seeing her.. and we just pick up where we left off of the last time we saw each other. I will have pics of that coming soon also..

Caleb... he is my Hell on wells.. he is balls to the wall from the time he gets up until his eyes are shut and he is asleep.. We had a hair appt for his hair to be cut.. Mind you we have only had 3 hair cuts.. it took forever for his hair to grow in.. So EB, EB's mom and Marcus had all went. Caleb and EB's mom were getting theres done.. Well EB had taken Caleb out side and was changing out the Car seat.. In the Mean time.. Caleb decided to go back inside.. Not a bad idea so EB thought.. Well when he walked back in, No one had seen that Caleb had walked back into the salon, and had gotten the clipers and took some hair off with a NO GARD!!!! OMG!!! They did not know what to do.. They knew that i would be upset so they knew not to shave it all off.. it took to long to get that hair. So They just left it as is.. you really can't tell unless you comb his hair one way.. Needless to say i got a call at work EB saying "his hair looks so cute.. but something happened" At first I was so mad... but oh well.. Now I laugh my butt off.. It could be wrose.. I will have pictures of that coming soon..

We are all doing ok. EB has 8 yards to do today. And Thank God that it is not 100+ today!

I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. It has been really hard lately. We have been behind of Everything due to me being laied off back in Oct 09. And now both the Car needs Inspection.. the AC in the Yukon has not worked FOREVER ( my poor babies have been having to ride in a hot Car).. the the Ranger is needing a new Radiator.. we have been babying it since I only work 12 miles from work. But I have just keep praying and seraching for the answers..

I know that i have faith and it will help us. I just keep on trucking. Well I guess that is it for now.. i will leave you with two more pics..

Back to Normal

Well marcus is back home now !! I am so happy he is back home. I missed him soooooooo much..

Well this weekend we went swimming..

It was so much fun.. It is just hard sometime with just me going. Caleb is my little Dear Devile and I have to watch him.. I had to put his Lifejacket on or he will just jump right in the deep end.. No FEAR!!! So why we did that EB did his weekley yards. It was an off week, so he did not have that many to do.

Sat night.. Caleb went to spend this night with EB's mom for the first time !! We took marcus with us to a friends to watch the UFC fight. There were lots of kids there to play with, and they live on some acreage so they had a blast. I sometime hate that we live in the City and my kids dont get to experance what I did as a kid growing up.

Sunday was a quite day. I slept until 10.. and that is when marcus had to keep coming in and telling me he was hungrey.. I was like.. you are almost 8.. you can make ceral yourself!! But I got up and cooked a big breakfest..

Hello!



Well it has been very busy around our house. Marcus has been in houston now for 2 weeks. he will be home this wen.

Caleb sure misses him. This past weekend I had to help move Eric's niece Chelsea to her new apt. Not to mention that she is prego and will be having the baby in July. So not long for her. I let her have my baby bed so that Jalen will have a bed. I could not think of a new baby coming and not haveing a baby bed. So we got her moved Sat. Not to mention I had to go to Keet's b-day party Sat Morning. (Just know.. I don't fix his hair this way.. Eric would kill Me)

So got her moved. Then on Sunday I had to go to Chelsea Baby shower. It was very nice. But it was weird.. I had to go a girls house that is my Husband X... Chelsea's mother Sherry is best friends with the X.. so It was ok. I wanted to do it for Chelsea. So I Hope you enjoy reading my blog. I will starte to do it more offten. and I will be trying to put some pics on here also.
